For my third and fourth co-op I worked at a company called Narvar, a startup in San Francisco focused on simplifying the everyday lives of consumers. Their products are for retailers and their customers, and seek to improve online shopping experiences such as tracking packages and returning unwanted items. While there I got to work on mock-ups for sales pitches and implementation for over 50 retailers.

I was also able to help improve existing products by working with a UX writer to create prototypes for user testing. The Framer prototype below shows how a customer can navigate the returns reasons for returning a running shoe. I explored what type of symbol should be used on the individual buttons, as well as how the elements could move in relation to each other.
