Creating a delightful end-to-end customer experience

Narvar, an e-commerce startup in San Francisco, strives to simplify the everyday lives of consumers by improving often stressful tasks, such as tracking packages and returning unwanted items. Working directly with their customers, they design seamless post-purchase experiences, so that every step of the way feels intuitive and connected. As part of the design team, I created product mockups for both sales pitches and implementation, and developed 50+ retailer tracking experiences as well as several customized return flows. I also developed Framer prototypes when needed to test out new interactions.
